Please note that these charges cover delivery only. Non-UK customers are responsible for any import duties and local taxes.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If your order is urgent, or required by a specific date or occasion, please let us know in the order notes at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you, or someone acting on your behalf, is unable to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave a card to arrange redelivery at a convenient time. Delivery cards can only be left where secure access is available; therefore, some shared accommodation and apartment buildings may not receive delivery cards for security reasons.

Please note that we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery is unsuccessful on two or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund. However, we will always attempt to contact you first to arrange a replacement order if required.
